Dick’s Sporting exec Hayes sells 5,000 common shares

In a regulatory filing, Dick’s Sporting Goods senior VP and general counsel John Edward Hayes III disclosed the sale of 5,000 common shares of the company on April 3 at a price of $141.50 per share.
