Argus raised the firm’s price target on Delta Air Lines to $55 from $43 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after its Q1 earnings beat. Demand for leisure travel is expected to remain strong in 2024, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm adds that it also expects continued recovery in international traffic, helped by the elimination of most travel restrictions in Western Europe. Argus is raising its FY24 EPS view by 2c to $7.14 and its FY25 EPS view by 8c to $7.88.
