Darling Ingredients (DAR) announced a dual listing of its common stock on NYSE Texas, the new, fully electronic equities exchange based in Dallas, Texas. Darling Ingredients will retain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and will also trade under the “DAR” ticker symbol on NYSE Texas. “Joining NYSE Texas as a founding member reflects our forward-looking approach to the evolving capital markets. This dual listing aligns with our commitment to innovation and growth within the vibrant Texas economy.
