Cyclo Therapeutics announces patent allowance from EPO

Cyclo Therapeutics announced that the company received a Communication from the European Patent Office, or EPO, regarding Cyclo Therapeutics’ European Patent Application No.19805439.7 titled, “Methods for Treating Alzheimer’s Disease.” The EPO Communication stated that “(t)he newly filed claims are considered to be allowable” and that “(t)he applicant is therefore requested to bring the description into conformity with these claims.”
