Credit Suisse dismisses entire China wealth management team, Bloomberg says

Credit Suisse (CS) has disbanded its whole wealth management team in China, abandoning efforts to become one of the biggest foreign money managers in the country as UBS Group (UBS) opted not to take on the staff, Bloomberg’s Cathy Chan reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The individuals dismissed at least 20 relationship managers and investment consultants, the author notes.
