BofA analyst Alastair Ryan downgraded UBS to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $32.18, down from $33.33. The analyst remains convinced of the financial and strategic benefits of the Credit Suisse acquisition, but sees a “lengthy 2024 as the heavy lifting is undertaken.” The firm cites near-term earnings cuts for the downgrade of UBS.
