The board of directors of Commercial Metals Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 18c per share of CMC common stock, an increase of 2c, or 13%, from the dividend paid in February. CMC’s 238th consecutive quarterly dividend will be paid on April 10, 2024, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2024.
