Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on Clarivate to $6 from $7 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. The analyst says investors expected a guidance push-out, but a cut to the growth target to 4%-6% from 6% prior and the poor margin trajectory strengthen the firm’s conviction that significantly more divestment and reinvestment is needed for Clarivate to be a mid single digit organic and margin expansion asset “that bulls believe it should be.”
