Citi analyst Keith Horowitz raised the firm’s price target on Citizens Financial to $34 from $30 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares after meeting with CFO John Wood. The CFO noted that the recent move in rates is broadly positive from both a funding perspective as well as a net positive for credit risk, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
