Morgan Stanley analyst Ross MacDonald upgraded BMW to Equal Weight from Underweight with a price target of EUR 90, up from EUR 85. Consensus expectations already expect a margin pullback and the stock’s valuation is "far from stretched," the analyst tells investors in a research note. However, with the share price near the highs, the risk/reward "remains unappealing," says the firm.
