AvalonBay board increases quarterly dividend 3% to $1.70 per share

The Company’s Board of Directors declared a dividend for the first quarter of 2024 of $1.70 per share on the Company’s common stock. The declared dividend is a 3.0% increase over the Company’s prior quarterly dividend of $1.65 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2024 to common stockholders of record as of March 28, 2024.
