AmpliTech Group (AMPG) has entered into one or more securities purchase agreements with certain institutional investors to purchase 1,871,000 shares of common stock at an offering price of $3.10 per share, in a registered direct offering. The gross proceeds to the Company from the registered direct offering are estimated to be approximately $5.8M before deducting the placement agent’s fees and other estimated offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on or about December 27, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Maxim Group is acting as the sole placement agent in connection with the offering.
