American Healthcare REIT has a diversified portfolio of healthcare assets, dominated by senior housing and skilled nursing facilities, and demographic trends bode well for demand for such housing, the analyst tells investors. Having its Integrated Senior Health Campuses in a RIDEA structure allows American Healthcare to participate in the upside and the downside of the facilities, the analyst added.
