Altria in advanced talks to buy NJOY for at least $2.75B, WSJ reports

Altria Group is in advanced talks to buy e-cigarette startup NJOY Holdings for at least $2.75B, Jennifer Malone, Juliet Chung and Lauren Thomas of Wall Street Journal report, citing people familiar with the matter. A deal, which includes an additional $500M earnout if certain regulatory milestones are met, could be announced as soon as this week, sources told the Journal. Reference Link
