Alibaba (BABA) raised $317M from the sale of about 33 million of U.S.-traded shares of XPeng (XPEV), Bloomberg’s Amy Or and Jacob Gu report, citing a person familiar with the matter. Taobao China Holding, an Alibaba subsidiary, has priced the American depositary shares at $9.60 each, according to the person. The stake in the Chinese electric vehicle maker was marketed at $9.60 to $9.75 per ADR, the person said.
