Adobe’s bid for Figma fuels EU query on pricing power, Bloomberg reports

Adobe’s $20B proposed buyout of Figma has sparked a query by EU watchdogs on whether the firm could upend fair competition in the interactive design market, Bloomberg’s Samuel Stolton reports. The EU is seeking feedback on the potential harm Adobe could cause if it levers its market power to reduce the price of Figma’s products or bundles them with its Creative Cloud offering, according to the report.
