Ypf Sociedad Anonima (YPF) has released an update.
YPF Sociedad Anónima has proposed the appointment of two shareholders to sign the minutes of the upcoming shareholders’ meeting and is seeking approval for a new long-term share compensation plan for employees. In addition, the Board is proposing to absorb losses from the previous fiscal year and create reserves for share purchases and investments. These proposals, including the approval of financial statements and consideration of accumulated results, will be discussed in the shareholders’ meeting scheduled for April 26, 2024.
