Yanchang Petroleum International Limited has entered into a Supplemental Loan Agreement with its controlling shareholder, Yanchang Petroleum HK, to renew a $22 million loan for another three years. The agreement is subject to shareholder approval due to its size and the relationship between the parties. Details of the resolutions will be provided to shareholders in a forthcoming circular and notice of a Special General Meeting (SGM).
