Global HR tech firm Xref Limited is set to be acquired by Seek Limited, with both companies entering an Exclusivity Deed after Seek proposed to purchase Xref shares at $0.218 each. Xref’s board is inclined to recommend the deal to shareholders, provided it passes due diligence and no better offers emerge. The exclusivity phase grants Seek four weeks to conduct confirmatory due diligence, with specific terms restricting Xref from engaging with other potential buyers.
