Westpac Banking Corporation (AU:WBC) has released an update.
Westpac Banking Corporation has reported a change in the holdings of Director Peter Francis King, with 12,391 Westpac fully paid ordinary shares lapsing due to performance conditions not being met, priced at $27.89 each at the time of lapse. As a result, King’s direct interest in the company has decreased from 647,642 to 635,251 shares. There were no changes in the director’s interests in contracts, and the trades were not conducted during a closed period.
