Waste Connections, Inc. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.285 per share, payable on May 23, 2024, to shareholders on record as of May 8, 2024. The company, which provides non-hazardous waste services and is committed to sustainability and long-term value creation, reviews its dividend policy annually in October with aims to increase it over time. Dividends will be distributed in U.S. or Canadian dollars, depending on the shareholder’s location and bank or broker’s participation in depositary systems.
