Viva Biotech Holdings has announced that all proposed resolutions at its Annual General Meeting on June 26, 2024, were passed by shareholder votes, including the re-election of directors, approval of auditor remuneration, and amendments to the company’s share capital structure. The AGM saw the adoption of audited financial statements and reports, the re-appointment of Ernst & Young as the company’s auditor, and the granting of mandates to allot and repurchase company shares. With a strong shareholder backing of over 50% for ordinary resolutions and over 75% for the special resolution, the company’s directive for the coming year has been solidly affirmed.
