Vistry Group PLC has actively executed its share buyback programme by purchasing 36,000 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 1179.00 to 1194.00 GBp per share, with the average price being 1187.3624 GBp. These shares will be retained in treasury, which subsequently adjusts the total number of voting rights to 341,087,307. The buyback forms part of a strategy to manage the company’s capital and is in accordance with regulatory requirements.
