Vale SA (VALE) has released an update.
Vale S.A. has released the voting results from its remote ballots ahead of the upcoming Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings on April 26th, 2024. The disclosed information details shareholder votes on various resolutions, including management reports and financial statements for the previous fiscal year, as well as the proposed merger of Florestas Rio Doce S.A. into Vale. Notably, the consolidated vote counts exclude the votes of American Depositary Receipt holders, which will be represented by Citibank at the meetings.
