Unisync Corp (TSE:UNI) has released an update.
Unisync Corp has enhanced its board with the addition of Michael Rossi, a veteran with over two decades of experience in the North American apparel industry, previously serving as President of adidas Canada. Rossi, who also heads the Terry Fox Foundation Board, was appointed at the company’s Annual General Meeting in Vancouver and received overwhelming shareholder support with 99.41% votes in favor. His appointment is expected to bolster Unisync’s growth and market presence.
