Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. has announced a dividend distribution proposal, planning to pay shareholders a gross dividend of TRY 2.8531809 per share, which amounts to a net dividend of TRY 2.5678628 after taxes, on December 5, 2024. The proposed distribution totals TRY 6,276,998,060 and is subject to approval at the company’s upcoming Ordinary General Assembly. The decision follows the company’s financial performance for the fiscal year 2023.
