Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S., a leading telecommunications provider, has announced the appointment of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş. as its independent auditor for the fiscal year 2024. The decision will be presented for shareholder approval at the next Annual General Assembly Meeting. This appointment follows corporate governance practices and complies with the requirements of the Capital Markets Law and the Turkish Commercial Code.
