Triple Point Venture VCT Plc has successfully issued 1,365,747 new Venture Shares at an average price of 98.842 pence each, expanding its share capital to 72,609,609 Venture Class Shares. The new shares are expected to be listed on the Official List around July 11, 2024, following an offer outlined in a September 2023 prospectus. This move is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to support small and medium-sized enterprises through venture capital funding.
