Transocean LTD (RIG) just unveiled an announcement.
Transocean Ltd. has secured a lucrative 365-day contract extension worth around $195 million for the Deepwater Asgard in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, set to begin in June 2024. This deal not only extends the rig’s service but also includes additional services, contributing to the company’s substantial backlog estimated at $184 million.
