Timken Company (TKR) has shared an announcement.
Richard G. Kyle, the current President and CEO of The Timken Company, has announced his retirement but will stay on the Board. Tarak Mehta is set to replace him as President and CEO on September 5, 2024, after transitioning from his role at ABB Ltd. Kyle will serve as Advisor to the CEO until Mehta takes over executive duties following the company’s third-quarter report. Mehta also brings a wealth of experience from ABB, where he’s had a successful 26-year tenure.
