Tesco plc (GB:TSCO) has released an update.
Members of Tesco PLC’s Executive Committee received and subsequently sold a number of ordinary shares following the release of shares granted under the Tesco PLC Deferred Bonus Plan 2019. The shares were originally awarded on May 17, 2021, and included dividend equivalent shares. Taxes and National Insurance contributions were covered by withholding a portion of the shares, and the remaining shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 308.51 pence per share.
