Tennant Company’s Board of Directors recently welcomed Mark W. Sheahan as a new member, with his term commencing on May 15, 2024. He will be up for re-election at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and, if re-elected, will serve until the 2027 meeting. In addition to his board duties, Sheahan will contribute to the Audit and Executive Committees. His compensation will align with the standard rates for non-employee directors as previously outlined in the company’s proxy statement.
