Telefônica Brasil S.A. has announced the effective completion of its capital reduction process, approved in January 2024, following the completion of the creditor opposition period. Shareholders will receive a restitution of R$0.90766944153 per common share, with payment scheduled for July 10th, 2024. The company also outlined the tax implications for both resident and non-resident shareholders, highlighting the withholding income tax rates varying from 15% to 25% based on jurisdiction and shareholder status.
