Telefonica Brasil SA (VIV) has released an update.
Telefônica Brasil S.A. has announced the approval of interest on capital (IoC) of R$380 million by its Board of Directors, based on the March 31st, 2024, balance sheet. This IoC, subject to a 15% income tax withholding, will result in a net amount of R$323 million, and will be paid to shareholders by April 30th, 2025. The payment is an advance on the mandatory dividends for the fiscal year ending December 31st, 2024.
