Telefônica Brasil S.A. has announced that there will be no changes to the previously disclosed per-share payment amount resulting from the company’s capital reduction approved in January. Shareholders will receive the payment of 0.90766944153 Brazilian reais per share on July 10, 2024, based on their share ownership as of April 10, 2024. This capital reduction initiative is part of the company’s financial strategy to streamline operations and enhance shareholder value.
