Telefonica Brasil SA (VIV) has released an update.
Telefonica Brasil S.A. has announced its Fiscal Council’s approval of an Interest on Capital (IoC) proposal, totaling R$ 380 million gross, based on the March 31, 2024 balance sheet. Shareholders will receive an IoC payment per share before income tax deduction of R$ 0.22994292518, with the net amount contributing to the minimum mandatory dividend for the fiscal year 2024. The payment is scheduled for April 30, 2025, after the company’s 2025 Ordinary General Meeting has ratified the decision.
