Telefonica Brasil SA (VIV) has released an update.
Telefonica Brasil S.A. has announced the approval of Interest on Capital (IoC) totaling R$ 380 million, based on its March balance sheet, with a net per share value after income tax of R$ 0.19545148641. Shareholders on record by April 29th, 2024, will be credited with the IoC, which will also be included in the minimum mandatory dividend for 2024 and paid out by April 30th, 2025.
