Telecom Argentina S.A. has announced the results of its early participation offer for the exchange of $200 million in old notes for new senior notes, with over $115 million tendered and accepted. The company has extended the early participation consideration and set an early settlement date for July 26, 2024, with the exchange offer expiring on August 8, 2024. The newly issued notes are expected to be fungible with existing notes for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
