Tdg Gold Corp (TSE:TDG) has released an update.
TDG Gold Corp. has successfully closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising C$1,269,400 through the issuance of various units priced between C$0.14 and C$0.16. The proceeds are earmarked for further exploration of TDG’s mineral properties and general working capital needs. The offering also included participation from company directors, with all securities issued subject to a four-month hold period and regulatory approvals, including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
