TD SYNNEX Corporation is set for a leadership change as the Board of Directors announces the appointment of Patrick Zammit as the new President and CEO, effective September 1, 2024. Zammit, who has a rich history with the company and over twenty years of experience at Avnet, succeeds Richard Hume, who will retire but remain on the board. The transition is part of a planned succession, and Zammit’s compensation includes a $1 million base salary, the potential for double that in bonuses, and stock awards worth around $5 million.
