TC Energy Corporation has announced it will release its Q1 2024 financial results on May 3 and conduct its annual and special shareholders’ meeting on June 4, which will include discussions on spinning off its Liquids Pipelines business into a new company named South Bow Corporation. Shareholders as of April 16 will have voting rights at the virtual-only June meeting, where the spin-off and other annual matters will be addressed.
