SunPower (SPWR) has released an update.
Following recent amendments and extension agreements, the Company is actively engaged in ongoing negotiations with Bank of America and the Subsidiary with Atlas and the Paying Agent to modify the terms of their respective Credit Agreements. These discussions aim to secure additional consents or waivers that would facilitate long-term solutions for managing covenants and borrowing capacities. However, there is no guarantee that these additional consents or waivers will be granted.
