Sunnova Energy International, Inc. has appointed Eric M. Williams as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. With a history of financial leadership at Diversified Energy Company and Callon Petroleum Company, Williams brings a wealth of experience to Sunnova. His compensation includes a base salary of $475,000, potential bonuses, long-term incentive plans, and relocation assistance. Williams succeeds Robert L. Lane, who is transitioning to Senior Vice President, Finance to facilitate a smooth handover.
