Studio City Finance Limited has announced the results from the early tender period for its cash tender offer on 6.000% senior notes due 2025, revealing that it has received tenders exceeding the original $100 million cap. Consequently, the company has decided to increase the maximum tender amount to $100,029,000 and expects to accept that amount on the early payment date scheduled for April 24, 2024. This strategic financial move comes after the early tender period ended on April 19, 2024, with no further tenders to be accepted before the final expiration on May 6, 2024.
