StoneCo Ltd. has released its audited consolidated financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2023, 2022, and 2021, which have been given a clean opinion by Ernst & Young Auditores Independentes S/S Ltda. The financials, which adhere to IFRS, present a fair view of the company’s financial position and include details such as assets, liabilities, and cash flows. Notably, the audit report highlighted the complexity of assessing the impairment of goodwill related to StoneCo’s Software cash generating unit due to sensitive assumptions in the discounted cash flow model.
