StoneCo Ltd. has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for April 23, 2024, in the Cayman Islands, where shareholders will vote on key resolutions including the approval of the financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, and the election or re-election of several board members. Shareholders of record as of March 14, 2024, are eligible to attend and vote, and are urged by the company’s Board of Directors to vote in favor of the proposed resolutions.
