Starbox Group Holdings Ltd. has announced the successful completion of a share issuance and the acquisition of the Virtual Space Football Software, strengthening its software asset portfolio. The deal involved issuing over 62 million Class A ordinary shares at $0.16 each, totaling a value of approximately $10 million. The transaction was conducted in compliance with international securities regulations, excluding U.S. residents and persons from participation.
