Spirit Airlines (SAVE) has shared an update.
Spirit Airlines’ shareholders, at their Annual Meeting on June 7, 2024, approved the 2024 Incentive Award Plan, effectively replacing the 2015 version. Key resolutions also included the election of two Class I directors, ratifying Ernst & Young LLP as the independent auditor, and passing advisory votes on executive compensation and the timing of future votes on the same matter. While an Analyst Day was planned for August, the company has decided to postpone it to later in the year, with a new date to be announced in the coming months.
