Source Energy Services Ltd. has expanded its logistics capabilities by acquiring RWR Trucking Inc.’s sand trucking assets, including 27 tractors and 52 trailers, which will support about 10% of its Last Mile Trucking needs. The move is expected to bolster Source’s Last Mile Logistics services and contribute to the company’s strategy to increase free cash flow and reduce debt. Additionally, this acquisition incorporates key RWR personnel into the Source team, promising enhanced service levels for customers.
