Sirius XM Holdings Inc (SIRI) just unveiled an announcement.
Sirius XM Radio Inc. has renewed its contract with Scott A. Greenstein as President and Chief Content Officer, effective May 25, 2024, with a term ending on May 24, 2027. Greenstein’s new deal includes an increased annual salary of $1.7 million, double that in target bonuses, and sizeable severance benefits under certain termination conditions. Additionally, he will receive stock options and restricted stock units (RSUs) based on time and performance, with potential vesting over three years correlating with the company’s financial performance and stock market standing.
